Counterterrorism Congress 2023

The 1st Counterterrorism Congress was held from February 28 to March 1, 2023. Over the course of two days, the event welcomed a total of more than 240 participants representing academia, experts, national security institutions, the security and technical security sector and public and critical infrastructure facilities. The broad cross-section of groups attending the Congress allowed for the enrichment of knowledge and the establishment of fruitful relationships. The first edition of the Counterterrorism Congress boasted the honorary patronages of the Rector-Commandant of the Police Academy in Szczytno, the Rector-Commandant of the Main School of Fire Service, the Rector-Commandandt of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw and the Rector of the University of Public Security and Individual "Apeiron" in Krakow.

A great value of the Congress was the substantive and organisational support of such institutions as the Government Centre for Security, the NATO DEEP eAcademy, the Financial Supervision Authority, the State Protection Service, the Foreign Intelligence Agency, the Terrorist Prevention Centre of Excellence of the Internal Security Agency, the Central Counter-Terrorist Sub-Division of the Police "BOA", the Independent Counter-Terrorist Sub-Division of the Police in Radom, the Railway Security Guard and many others.

The Anti-Terrorist Congress took place at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. The scheduled sessions and panels were expanded to comprehensively cover the various thematic areas.
